Repair and Warranty Claims for Goods:

It is in our best interest that Abraka products serve you as long as possible.
Therefore, we offer free repair services for damaged products within the warranty period.
After the warranty period expires, we provide a symbolically priced repair service.

The repair cost per item is €5, including VAT. If you have damaged goods and wish to have them repaired by us, please send them along with the completed Repair Form (download by clicking this link).

If you wish to file a warranty claim, please send the goods along with the completed Warranty Claim Form (download by clicking this link).

After receiving the goods, we will inform you about the next steps.
Do not send goods by cash on delivery; in such cases, we will not accept the package, and it will be returned to you.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the goods or their parts caused by washing and usage, which naturally changes the appearance of the product.

Warranty claims are void for defects caused by:
– Neglecting care and maintenance of the goods (e.g., ironing at high temperatures, using softeners and fabric conditioners)
– Mechanical damage to the product by the customer (e.g., abrasion from sharp objects, Velcro, backpacks, and other sharp objects)
