Payment
As part of the order on the e-shop, the buyer is obliged to pay the price to the seller for the ordered goods. In the online store abrakastore.sk, the buyer can settle the purchase price in the following ways:
Cash on delivery – payment for the goods will be made upon receipt, only available in Slovakia in euros. Card payment is not possible (a fee of €2 including VAT is charged for cash on delivery payments).
Card payment – payment via the Gopay payment gateway. After confirming the order, the buyer is redirected to the Gopay payment server to fill in the necessary payment details. Upon verification, the order will be confirmed, and the amount equivalent to the purchase price will be deducted from the buyer’s account.

Courier service within SK (courier of Packeta company): (4 €) The usual delivery time with this carrier is within 2 working days. Customers choosing this type of delivery should be present at the address specified in the order (ideal for delivery to workplaces). Customers will receive notification via SMS/email upon entering their information into the system. On the day of delivery, customers will receive an SMS/email notification and a phone call before delivery. A tracking link is provided in the order confirmation email.
Courier service within CZ (courier of Packeta company): (5.0 €) The usual delivery time with this carrier is within 3 working days. Customers choosing this type of delivery should be present at the address specified in the order (ideal for delivery to workplaces). Customers will receive notification via SMS/email upon entering their information into the system. On the day of delivery, customers will receive an SMS/email notification and a phone call before delivery. A tracking link is provided in the order confirmation email.
Packeta within SR: (2.5 €) The usual delivery time with this carrier is to the selected pickup point within 2 working days. Once the parcel is ready for pickup, customers will be notified via SMS and email with a pickup code. The parcel can be picked up anytime during the opening hours of the selected pickup point within 7 days from delivery. During Christmas, the pickup time is reduced to 5 days.
Packeta to CZ: (3.0 €) The usual delivery time with this carrier is to the selected pickup point within 3 working days. Once the parcel is ready for pickup, customers will be notified via SMS and email with a pickup code. The parcel can be picked up anytime during the opening hours of the selected pickup point within 7 days from delivery. During Christmas, the pickup time is reduced to 5 days.
Personal pickup in Piešťany: (free) Ordered parcels can be picked up personally at our studio at Štefánikova 15A, Piešťany. Buyers will be contacted in advance by phone to arrange the pickup time.

Individual shipping methods are offered based on the current availability of each service and considering capacity and access options. In case of force majeure or information system failure, the seller is not liable for delayed delivery of goods.
Product prices
All product prices in the e-shop are final, inclusive of all taxes. The seller is VAT registered. The price of the product does not include delivery costs.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries of ordered goods will be carried out as per product availability and operational capabilities of the seller, in the shortest possible time (order confirmation by 12:00 PM the following day, with goods dispatched to the customer on the same day), usually within 2-3 working days from the binding order confirmation, unless a longer period is specified for the specific product. In exceptional cases, the delivery period may exceed 7 days, or longer than stated for the particular product (if a longer delivery time is specified for the product), but only after agreement with the buyer.
The goods shall be deemed delivered to the buyer at the moment when the buyer or a designated third party (excluding the carrier) takes possession of all parts of the ordered goods, or if a) goods ordered by the buyer in one order are delivered separately, at the moment of receipt of the goods delivered last, b) goods consist of multiple parts or units, at the moment of receipt of the last part or unit, c) goods are delivered repeatedly during a defined period, at the moment of receipt of the first delivered goods.
