How and When Can I Expect Delivery of My Order?
Delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days from the time of order placement.
During the Christmas season, delivery may be extended due to high demand on shipping companies.
Delivery outside Slovakia and the Czech Republic usually takes 2-5 business days.
We ship your orders via Packeta.
Shipping and handling costs are as follows: €4 for courier service and €2.5 for delivery to a Packeta pickup point in Slovakia.
€5 for courier service and €3 for delivery to a Packeta pickup point in the Czech Republic.
For purchases over €100, shipping is free within Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
We also ship to EU countries via Packeta. For more details, please refer to the Shipping and Payment section.
How can I track my package?
In the order confirmation email, you will find a link to track your shipment.
Can you ship my package internationally?
Yes, during checkout, you can choose from various available countries for delivery.

Is it possible to pick up the goods in person?
Yes. After arranging by phone or email with Dominika at +421 940 600 102 or dominika@abrakastore.sk you can personally pick up the goods at our studio
located at Štefánikova 15A, 921 01 Piešťany, during the following hours: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM | 01:00 PM – 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Where else can I buy your clothing? Can I try it somewhere?
We do not have a brick-and-mortar store, but our entire collection is available for try-on at our studio located at Štefánikova 15A, 921 01 Piešťany.
You are welcome to visit us after arranging by phone or email with Dominika at +421 940 600 102 or dominika@abrakastore.sk .
Design markets are also a great opportunity for a personal meeting with Abraka. We participate in these events and announce them in advance through social media.
How do I choose the right size?
On every product on our e-shop, you will find a size chart.
All measurements are in centimeters and represent body measurements, not garment dimensions.

How should I proceed if the clothing doesn’t fit? Can I exchange or return it?
Yes, you can easily return or exchange unworn clothing for another item.

How should I wash Abraka products?
We recommend washing the clothing at 30°C without using fabric softener.
Wash inside out and avoid contact with zippers, buttons, and dry zippers.
Follow the textile care symbols found on our products:
- Machine wash at max 30°C (hand washing is gentler)
- Iron at max 110°C
- Do not bleach with chlorine
- Do not dry clean
- Do not tumble dry
Was an invoice not included in the shipment?
All invoices are sent electronically upon dispatching the order.
