Exchange of goods:

Please send the goods to us no later than 30 days after you have physically received your order.

The goods must be complete, undamaged, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and ready for resale.

Please include completed Exchange form in the package. (download by clicking this link)

If you cannot print the form, you can write it out by legible hand and include it in the package.

Do not send goods by cash on delivery; in such cases, we will not accept the package, and it will be returned to you.

You are responsible for the postage costs from you to us.

We will cover the postage costs from us to you.
